About Rabbi Moshe Rosenstein Rabbi Rosenstein joined the Kollel in Elul 5761/August 2001 when he moved to Chicago from Passaic NJ with his wife Leah and daughter Devorah Chana. In addition to the nightly Five Minute Halacha Shiur, Rabbi Rosenstein learns a full day with the kollel and contributes Halacha articles for the Kollel's weekly Parsha Encounters publication.
