Rules

GENERAL

• You may request tapes by placing a form in box (in Bais Medrash),by phone 773-262-9400, or by fax 773-262-7866or by visiting the library during hours.
• Library Hours: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday. 10:00 - 10:30 PM
• Up to four tapes may be borrowed at one time.
• Tapes are due seven days after checkout.
• Tapes requested by phone or form are due seven days after tapes are available in box.

 LATE FEE 

• There is a late fee of $0.25 per day.
• The maximum charge is $2.00 for audio and $4.50 for video.
• The above charges apply for a lost tape as well.
